Refund policy

 

We hope you love your HERD, but if for any reason you would like to return it you have 14 days from when it arrives with you to return it to us.

Except at Christmas, where we extend the returns period to allow for gifting. Any orders placed after 15th November can be returned until 5 January 2025 (please always used a tracked service and get a postage receipt). Orders placed after Christmas Day will follow our usual returns policy of 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the packing slip or proof of purchase. 

Please firstly email us at hello@herdwear.co to advise us of the return, then pop it in the post (always tracked, we can't be responsible for items lost in the post on their way to us) to:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately on hello@herdwear.co if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. 

Exchanges
We can usually exchange items, drop us an email on hello@herdwear.co with the item you would like to exchange to.

Refunds
Once we’ve received your return, assuming it meets the conditions above you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
