Shipping policy

We will always ship your order as soon as we can, almost always within 2 days of receiving it.

Orders are shipped from our Shop in the Cotswolds.

Delivery in the U.K is usually made via Royal Mail. International shipping is managed by our logistics partner. Customs and duties are charged separately by the carrier. 

All packaging is recyclable or compostable and comes from either recycled or sustainable sources and we use no plastic bags in our fulfilment behind the scenes to minimise impact.
