Shipping policy

We will ship your order within 2 days of receiving it. We usually ship orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays but if you need it shipped for a specific date please email us at hello@herdwear.co. 

We take a break between Christmas and New Year's Day and also for the last two weeks of August every year. 

Delivery is usually made via Royal Mail and it's international partners, but if you would like your item(s) shipped using any other carrier please don't hesitate to get in touch and we will arrange that. 

All packaging is recyclable or compostable and comes from either recycled or sustainable sources and we use no plastic bags in our fulfilment behind the scenes to minimise waste.
