We are delighted to publish our AW22 Campaign Shoot today, 11th September 2022. Despite the torrential forecast the weather was a mix of cloud, showers and sun - the perfect September day. The shoot took place at HERD founder Ru's home in West Gloucestershire between the Sharpness Canal and Severn Estuary, a largely protected bird sanctuary and overlooked slice of the county for its' location west of the M5. 

We shot our new collection - the Freckleton - which comprises a Cardigan and Jumper in patchwork stitches, with patchwork colour or solid colour knit versions of each. The Freckleton profoundly expresses our connections to the farming landscape and unevenly shaped fields of the Northern Uplands, how harmoniously our naturally dyed colour palate sits alongside one another, and the skilled craftsmanship of our knitters and finishers.
